Poster Design Contest – Terms & Conditions

By submitting a design to the Wet Paint Poster Contest hosted by the Edmonton Mural Festival (EMF), you agree to the following terms:

The selected winner will receive a $500 CAD cash prize plus four (4) VIP tickets to the Wet Paint Closing Party on September 13, 2025, at the historic Freemasons’ Hall in Downtown Edmonton. VIP tickets are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

The $500 prize constitutes full and final compensation for delivery of high-resolution, print-ready final design files and the transfer of usage rights to EMF. EMF will retain non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide rights to use the winning design across all promotional channels related to the Wet Paint event, including posters, digital ads, social media, merchandise, and press.

Edits: The winning design may be subject to revisions in collaboration with EMF to ensure alignment with event branding. The artist must be open to making edits before final delivery.

 

By entering, you confirm that your submission is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and grants EMF the rights outlined above upon selection and payment.
