At its heart is a glowing dandelion, delicately designed so that its petals appear to drift into the night sky after dark. Surrounding it, vibrant flowers bloom across the wall, celebrating growth, imagination, and the natural beauty woven into the city.

STARLITE ROOM/ Y AFTER HOURS
NELSON "DEDOS" GARCIA
The new mural by Nelson “Dedos” Garcia at The Starlite Room and Y After Hours brings a bold new energy to one of Edmonton’s most iconic downtown music hubs. ATB PLACE
TIFFANY CUFFLEY
The new mural at ATB Place by Edmonton artist Tiffany Cuffley reimagines an ordinary concrete barrier as a dynamic and uplifting work of public art. Spanning both sides of the wall between the promenade and the alley, Tiffany’s light-activated design transforms what was once a dull and utilitarian structure into a playful, colorful focal point within the downtown core.
Her use of bold forms, layered color, and reflective light creates an artwork that changes in character throughout the day—inviting passersby to pause, explore, and engage from multiple angles. As daylight and artificial light interact with the painted surface, the piece reveals new details and moods, embodying the spirit of transformation and creativity that defines Edmonton’s growing public art scene. What was once a concrete divider has become a vibrant connector—bringing warmth, joy, and imagination to an unexpected place.
BUBBLES CAR WASH DOWNTOWN
